It is winter so the kitchen crew of Jiu.nu has put new dishes on the menu. How about veal tartare with fried Gillardeau oysters, slow cooked quail egg and bloody mary ice or combination of grilled and stewed deer with mashed rosmary sweet potato, cabbage and Korean black garlic sauce.

Jiu.nu was again participant of the display window competition of DDW Eindhoven. Dennis Parren designs the display window this year (www.dennisparren.nl). Comfortable in a burned house. A luxury home in a dilapidated house. Repair but not build on an already beautiful place that is marked by time.
